The accompanying condensed financial statements of the Company have been prepared by the Company, without audit, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Certain information and disclosures normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States have been condensed or omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. These condensed financial statements reflect all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) that, in the opinion of management, are necessary to present fairly the results of operations of the Company for the periods presented.
These condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and the notes thereto included in the Company's Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2003. The results of operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2004, are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.
